Deliveries – Greece Services
● DELIVERIES WITHIN THE CITY (ATTICA)
For shipping with delivery on the next working day, the fee is €2.50 up to the 3 kilos of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €0.50.
● DELIVERIES TO NETWORK (GREECE)
For shipping to land destinations of the General Postal AEE network, with delivery the next working day, the fee is €3.00 for up to 3 kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €0.50. (For some city combinations dispatch – the delivery city the time can be extended to 2 working days).
For shipping to island destinations of the General Postal AEE network, with delivery within 2 working days, the fee is €3.00 for up to 3 kg of weight.
For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €0.70.
For areas outside the city limits of the General Postal AEE network, (inaccessible areas) with delivery within 1-3 working days, the charge is set at €6.00 for up to 3 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the cost amounts to €1.00.
● CASH-ON-DELIVERY
For each shipment with a cash-on-delivery order, in Attica, the charge is set at €4.00 for up to 3 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €0.50.
For each shipment with a cash-on-delivery order, to land destinations, the charge is set at €4.00 up to 3 kilos of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to
€0.50.
For each shipment with a cash-on-delivery order, to island destinations, the fee is €4.00 for up to 3 kg of weight. For each extra kilo, the charge amounts to €0.70.
● PACKAGE RETURN
For each shipment with an order to receive and return the package to the sender, the charge amounts to €1.50. Return shipping will be charged according to the price list

Deliveries – Abroad Services
● DELIVERIES TO CYPRUS
For shipping with delivery within 2 working days, the fee is €15.00 up to 2
kilograms of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €4.50. For shipments from Attica
delivery is possible in 1 working day.
The above charges also apply to hard-to-reach destinations (with delivery in 2-4 working days).
● REFUND TO CYPRUS
For cash on delivery shipment to Cyprus, the surcharge on top of the primary charge
amounts to €5.00. The maximum cash-on-delivery value is €2,000 per shipment.
For cash on delivery by check to Cyprus, the surcharge on top of the primary charge amounts to €3.50.
● RETURNS FROM CYPRUS
Shipments returned from Cyprus due to non-delivery are charged only the air cost and not with extra freight.
The charge up to 2 kg amounts to €1.65. For each additional kilo, the cost amounts to €0.80.
● SHIPMENTS TO BULGARIA
For shipping to Zone 1 destinations with delivery in 1-2 business days, the charge it is set at €5.65 for up to 2 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to
€1.50.
For shipping to Zone 2 destinations with delivery in 1-4 business days, the charge it is set at €7.00 for up to 2 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to
€1.50.
Zone 1: Petrich, Sandanski, Blagoevgrad, Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Haskovo, Kardzhali.
Zone 2: The rest of Bulgaria
● CASH-ON-DELIVERY TO BULGARIA
For cash on delivery shipment to Bulgaria, the surcharge on top of the basic charge
amounts to €1.50. The maximum money on delivery value is €2,000 per shipment.
● SHIPMENTS TO ROMANIA
For shipping to Romania with delivery in 2-4 working days, the charge is set at €8.00 up to 5 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €1.00.
● CASH-ON-DELIVERY TO ROMANIA
For cash on delivery shipment to Romania, the surcharge on top of the basic charge
amounts to €1.50. The maximum money on delivery value is €2,000 per shipment.
● SHIPMENTS TO THE INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
Shipments to international destinations are charged according to the current price list of General Postal AEE. For shipments to the European Union (outside Cyprus & Malta) with delivery within 5-7 working days, special rates are offered with Service Economy.
● GENERAL TERMS
According to IATA regulations, the charge for each shipment depends on the volume and weight. In the event that the result of the measurement of the shipment (LENGTH X HEIGHT X WIDTH in cm/5,000) is greater than the weighing weight, the charge is made according to the titration result. For shipments to Cyprus and Bulgaria
maximum weight per shipment is 32 kg and each shipment can consist of itself one piece.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@omsom-coffee.gr and send your item to: Kiprou 14, Peristeri, 121 32
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kiprou 14, Peristeri, 121 32
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
